AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH B, NUMBER OF LICENSES,
OF SECTION 18.1204, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY DECREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS
"B" LIQUOR LICENSES (PITT STOP)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Paragraph B, Number of Licenses of Section 18.1204
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as it pertains
to class "B" Liquor Licenses be amended to read as follows:
"There shall be issued in the Village of Elk Grove
Village no more than ten (10) Class "B" Liquor
Licences."
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
