AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512, ADDITIONAL NO
PARKING STREETS AND AREAS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512, Additional No Parking Streets and
Areas, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be and
the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
108. On the north side of Gibson Drive between
Vermont Drive and Potomac Lane (Cooney
Meadows Park).
109. On the south side of Gibson Drive from
3iesterfield Road to 1802 Gibson Drive
;Mead Park/Fountain Square).
110. On the north side of California Street from
1596 California Street to Montana Way and on
the west side of Montana Way from California
Street to 1530 Montana Way (Powell Park).
111. On the north side of Dakota Drive from Indiana
Lane to Minot Court (Clark Park).
112. On the west side of Wisconsin Lane from Michigan
Lane to Madison Court (McGee Park).
113. On the west side of Cutter Lane from Longboat
Drive to directly across from 687 Cutter Lane
and on the north side of Longboat Drive from
Cutter Lane to directly across from 1831
Longboat Drive (Windemere Park).
114. On the east side to Tennessee Lane from 1088
Te.nessee Lane to Arkansas Drive and on the
south side of Virginia Drive from Tennessee
Lane to Florida Lane (Jensen Park, South).
115. On the south side of Haar Lane from Meacham
Road to Judy Drive and on the west side of
Judy Drive from Haar Lane to 1060 Judy Drive
(Shenandoah Park).
116. On the south side of Kathleen Way from 1465 to
1445 Kathleen Way (Carson Park).
117. On the south side of Cass Lane from 135 feet
east of Debra Lane to 951 Cass Lane and on the
west side of David Lane from 950 David Lane
to Timber Drive (Lady Bird Johnson Park).
118. On the east side of Chester Lane from 1220
Chester Lane to Robin Lane and on the south
side of Robin Lane from Chester Lane to
1208 Robin Lane (Debra Park).
119. On the north side of Gloucester Drive from
Beisner Poad to Leicester Avenue.
120. On the east side of Leicester Avenue from
Biesterfield Road to Wellington Avenue and
on the west side of Leicester Avenue from
Biesterfield Road to 100 feet north of
Biesterfield Road.
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation who violates any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for
each offense.
Section ? That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.

The Elk Grove Park District has completed work on many parks on the west
side of the Village. For the purpose of pedestrian safety, the attached
amendments to Article V, "Parking Rules" is recommended.
