HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2200 - 11/12/1991 - ZONING VARIATION/543 GERMAINEORDINANCE NO. 2200 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.54 B OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DETACHED GARAGE TWO (2) FEET AWAY FROM THE SIDE LOT LINE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 543 GERMAINE LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (POWER) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.54 B as it pertains to the use of accessory structures in the side yard to permit the construction of a detached garage to be located two (2) feet away from the side lot line on property lo- cated at 543 Germaine Lane, and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having reviewed the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.54 B of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a detached garage two (2) feet away from the side lot line on pro- perty located at 543 Germaine Lane and legally described as follows: Lot 433 in Elk Grove Village Section 1 South, being a Subdivision in the North half of Section 28, Town- ship 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
