AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH B, NUMBER OF LICENSES, OF
SECTION 18.1204 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "A"
AND DECREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "B" LIQUOR LICENSES
(Class "A"- Marriott and Class "B" - Centre Liquors)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Paragraph B, Number of Licenses of Section 18.1204
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, ds it pertains
to Class "A" and Class "B" Liquor Licenses be amended as follows:
Class "A" Liquor Licenses be increased from
twenty-five (25) to twenty-six (26); and
Class "B" Liquor Licenses be decreased from
eleven (11) to ten (10).
Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
