HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2125 - 8/28/1990 - ZONING VARIATION/2100 LANDMEIER RDORDINANCE NO. 2125 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.55 C.(2) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO THE USE OF YARDS FOR VEHICLES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2100 LANDMEIER ROAD, ELIC GROVE VILLAGE (SLP REALTY) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the petition of SLP Realty and Parkway Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated 1/22/87 and known as Trust No. 8146, said petition requesting a variation of Section 3.55 C.(2) of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the use of yards for vehicles; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.55 C.(2) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village as it pertains to the use of yards for vehicles to permit the extension of a parking area twenty-one (211) feet beyond the twenty-five (25') foot building setback line in the required front yard on property located at 2100 Landmeier Road and legally described as follows: Lot 24, in Centex Industrial Park North, Unit 10, being a Subdivision in Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meri- dian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1 APPROVED: Charles J.
