AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE II, SECTIONS
14.204, ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS, AND 14.203,
THREE-WAY AND FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(REV. MORRISON BLVD. AND CYPRESS LANE)
NOW, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop
Intersections, of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
A. B.
STOP STREETS LOCATION
Cypress Lane at Reverend Morrison Blvd.
Section 2: That Section 14.203, Three-way and Four-way Stop
Intersections, of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
B-6. Mark Street
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: Any person firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
