AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.511, RESTRICTIONS
AND PROHIBITIONS ON PARKING IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA,
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.511, paragraph A, Restrictions on
Parking, of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by
rescinding paragraph 3, "all streets and roads north of Higgins Road"; and
renumbering paragraphs 4, 5, 6, and 7, to paragraphs 3, 4, 5, and 6; and
adding thereto number 7, NORTHWEST POINT BLVD.
Section 2: That Section 14.511, paragraph B, Prohibited Parking, be
and the same is hereby amended by renumbering to paragraph C; and be
further amended by adding a new paragraph B, Additional Restrictions on
Parking, as follows:
Except as provided for hereinafter, parking is
permitted on all days of the week from 6 a.m.
to 7 p.m. and prohibited from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
on the following enumerated streets:
1. Bennett Road.
2. Kelly Street.
3. Gordon Street.
4. Gaylord Street.
5. Kino Street.
6. Scott Street.
7. Bond Street.
8. Lee Street.
9. Criss Circle.
10. Randall Street, North of Higgins Road.
11. Lively Boulevard, North of Higgins Road.
12. Pagni Drive.
13. Garlish Drive.
14. Martin Lane.
15. Joey Drive.
16. Pauly Drive.
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each
offense.
Section 4: That the Chief of Police or his designated agent is
hereby authorized to post the above designated streets to prohibit parking
as provided for herein.
Section 5: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.

Section 6: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
