HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2162 - 5/14/1991 - ZONING VARIATION/815 LEICESTERORDINANCE NO. 2162 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.94-I AND "EXHIBIT F" OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS THEY PERTAIN TO MINIMUM OFFSTREET PARKING STALL AND DRIVING AISLE DIMENSION TO PERMIT PARKING STALLS OF EIGHT FEET NINE INCHES (819") BY NINETEEN (19') FEET AND A DRIVING AISLE WIDTH OF TWENTY FEET SIX INCHES (20'6") ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 815 LEICESTER ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (PARK ORLEANS CONDOMINIUMS) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the petition of Diversified Capital Group/Chardonnay on the Lake, Inc., and Midtown Bank & Trust Company, under Land Trust #1742, said petition being for a variation of Section 3.94-I and "Exhibit F" of the Zoning Ordinance to permit parking stall dimen- sions of eight feet nine inches (819") by nineteen (191) feet and a driving aisle width of twenty feet six inches (20'6") on property located at 815 Leicester Road and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having re- viewed the findings and recommendation of said Zoning Board of Ap- peals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to jus- tify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.94-I and "Exhibit F" of the Zoning Ordinance to permit parking stalls with the dimension of eight feet nine inches (819") by nineteen (191) feet and driving aisle width of twenty feet six inches (20'6") on property located at 815 Leicester Road and legally described as follows: Park Orleans Condominiums being a Subdivision of part of Section 32, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this variation shall be in full force and ef- fect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 PASSED this 14th day of _ May , 1991.
