AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-2-2A FEES ESTABLISHED FOR
MOTOR VEHICLES BY ADDING THERETO LICENSE FEES FOR ANTIQUE
VEHICLES
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-2-2A Fees Established of the Village Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended by adding
herein, the following:
Antique Vehicle $1.00
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE. AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT., 0
PASSED this 23rd day of March 2004.
