AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 23 OF SECTION 14.512
(ADDITIONAL NO PARKING STREET AND AREAS) OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE THEREBY PROHIBITING PARKING ON LEICESTER ROAD,
BETWEEN BIESTERFIELD ROAD AND YARMOUTH ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Paragraph 23 of Section 14.512 of the
Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
23. On the East and West sides of Leicester Road,
between Biesterfield Road and Yarmouth Road.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the provisions of the Ordinance shall be subject to a fine
of not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred
($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage approval and publication
in pamphlet form.
