HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2055 - 7/11/1989 - ZONING VARIATION/900 DAVID LNNO. 2055 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.23-G-2 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SOLID FENCE IN THE REQUIRED TEN (10') FOOT SETBACK ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 900 DAVID LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (SARLEY) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held con- sidered the question of granting a variation of Section 5.23-G-2 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit the construction of a solid fence in the required ten (10') foot setback on property located at 900 David Lane and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the recommendation and findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 5.23-G-2 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to the requirement for ten (101) feet between a solid fence and the property line for a corner lot to permit the construction of a solid fence on property located at 900 David Lane and legally described as follows: Lot 122 in Parkview Heights Subdivision, being a Subdivision in the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
