AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE III, RULES FOR
DRIVING, SECTION 14.311B, NO RIGHT TURN ON RED TRAFFIC SIGNAL
WHEN PEDESTRIANS ARE PRESENT, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.311B, No Right Turn on Red Traffic
Signal When Pedestrians are Present, of the Municipal Code be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
COLUMN "A" COLUMN "B"
Biesterfield Road at West Glenn Trail
West Glenn Trail at Biesterfield Road
Biesterfield Road at Arlington Heights Road
Arlington Heights Road at Biesterfield Road
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: Any person firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
