AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A PLAT OF VACATION OF PUBLIC
STREETS AND THE VACATION OF THE HAMILTON LAKES VILLAGE
PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That pursuant to the Second Amendment to Annex-
ation Agreement previously approved by the President and Board
of Trustees, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
the President and Board of Trustees hereby approve the Plat
of Vacation dated March 9, 1989 thereby vacating the public
streets and the previously recorded Hamilton Lakes Village Plat
of Subdivision, a copy of said Plat of Vacation being on file
in the office of the Village Clerk and by this reference made
a part hereof.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk
are hereby directed and authorized to execute said Plat of Vaca-
tion on behalf of the Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
record said Plat of Vacation with the Cook County Recorder of
Deeds.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
