AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A VACATION OF PART OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT OF LOT 1 IN
HIGGINS-ELMHURST SUBDIVISION NUMBER ONE & TWO
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given to a vacation of the
North 15 feet of Lot 1 in Higgins -Elmhurst Subdivision Numbers Two also
the South 15 feet of Lot 1 in Higgins -Elmhurst Subdivision Number One of
the Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign said document for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the Corporate Seal.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Elk Grove
Village is hereby directed to record a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
