AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.205, YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY
INTERSECTIONS; RESCINDING PARAGRAPH (G) OF SECTION 14.311,
NO LEFT TURNS; AND RESCINDING PARAGRAPH (B) OF SECTION
14.311A, NO RIGHT TURN OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.205, Yield Right -of -Way Intersections, of
the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
COLUMN "A"
COLUMN "B"
Southbound Blue Jay Circle at Longboat Drive
Northbound Galleon Lane at Longboat Drive
Section 2: That Paragraph (g) of Section 14.311, No Left Turns,
which prohibits left turns from Plum Grove Road onto Oriole Drive, be
rescinded.
Section 3: That Paragraph (b) of Section 14.311A, No Right Turn,
which prohibits right turns from Nerge Road onto Cutter Lane, be rescinded.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
