AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2, BOARD OF HEALTH OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY
DECREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS FROM 12 TO 11
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2-2-1, Board Created, Membership,
Appointments, of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be, and the
same, is hereby amended by decreasing the number of members stated from 12
members to 11 members. The remainder of said Section 2-2-1 shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT. 0
