AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO PARKSIDE
HEALTH MANAGEMENT CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF
OPERATING A MEDICAL CLINIC IN THE TRIANGLE CORPORATE CENTER
1500-02 ELMHURST ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to
law considered the question of granting a Special Use Permit pur-
suant to Section 5.85B of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the Park-
side Health Management Corporation to operate a medical clinic on
property located at 1500-02 Elmhurst Road and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having
reviewed the recommendation and finding of said Plan Commission
find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village
that said Special Use Permit be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit pursu-
ant to Section 5.85B of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to
Parkside Health Management Corporation to permit the operation of
a medical clinic on property in the Triangle Corporate Center
located at 1500-02 Elmhurst Road and legally described as follows:
Lot 1 in Triangle Corporate Center Subdivision
being a Resubdivision in the Northeast ; of the
Northeast , of Section 35, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
