HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2112 - 5/22/1990 - SITE PLAN AMENDEDNO. 2112 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1555 BY AMENDING THE FINAL SITE PLAN FOR LOT 1 OF PARCEL D OF VILLAGE ON THE LAKE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, a Final Site Plan for Lot 1 of Parcel D of the Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development was previously approved by the President and Board of Trustees on September 23, 1980 and amended on January 25, 1983; and WHEREAS, the subsequent developer has requested changes to be incorporated into said Final Site Plan and has amended said Site Plan accordingly; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting has considered the amended Final Site Plan for said Planned Unit Development; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and findings of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that said Site Plan be amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That Ordinances No. 1407 and No. 1555 duly passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees are hereby amended by the approval herein of an amended Final Site Plan pre- pared by Stephen T. Powers, dated February 17, 1990 which Final Site Plan is hereby approved and incorporated into this Ordinance by reference herein, three (3) copies of said Site Plan to be on file in the Office of the Village Clerk. Section 2: By approval of the amended Site Plan the Village does hereby approve the following changes to Lot 1 of Parcel D of the Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development: a. Reduce the total number of units remaining to be built from 174 to 150. b. Reduce the number of one bedroom units from 72 to 18. C. Increase the number of two bedroom units from 93 to 117. d. Increase the number of three bedroom units from 9 to 15. e. Increase the total number of bedrooms from 285 to 297. f. Reduce the total number of parking spaces from 367 to 346 while remaining in compliance with the parking regulations. g. Modifications to the exterior of the buildings. Section 3: That all other provisions of the Planned Unit De- velopment as heretofore approved and as amended from time to time shall be in full force and effect. Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to pub- lish this Ordinance in pamphlet form. Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef- fect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. VOTES: AYES: 4 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 2 APPROVED: Charles S.
