AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.6 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY
INCORPORATING THE FLOOD PLAIN REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 2061 AS EXHIBIT B OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law
considered the question of amending the Flood Plain Regulations
contained on Exhibit B, as referenced in Section 3.6 of the Zoning
Ordinance with the Flood Plain Regulations established pursuant to
Ordinance No. 2061 previously adopted by the Village Board on
August 22, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village find and believe it to be in the best interest
of the Village that said Exhibit B be amended as recommended by
the Plan Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Exhibit B of the Zoning Ordinance, incorpor-
ated by reference by Section 3.6 of the Zoning Ordinance be and the
same is hereby amended by substituting therefore the provisions and
Flood Plain Regulations as set forth in Ordinance No. 2061 duly
passed and approved on the 22nd day of August, 1989, copies of said
Ordinance being on file in the Office of the Village Clerk.

Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
