AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held considered the
question of amending the Comprehensive Plan of the Village in accor-
dance with the provisions of the proposed Comprehensive Plan on
file in the Office of the Village Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings and recom-
mendation of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the
best interest of the Village that the Comprehensive Plan be so
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Elk
Grove Village be amended in accordance with the revised Comprehen-
sive Plan approved by the Plan Commission on March 28, 1990, copies
of said amended Comprehensive Plan being on file in the Office of
the Village Clerk.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
