HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2099 - 4/24/1990 - REZONE/FAIRWAY PROPERTIESORDINANCE NO. 2099 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE FROM B-2, GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT TO B-3, AUTOMOTIVE ORIENTED BUSINESS DISTRICT (FAIRWAY PROPERTIES, INC.) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of rezoning certain properties located within the Village and legally described hereinafter from B-2, General Business to B-3 Automotive Business District; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that said property be rezoned as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That the following properties located at the South- east corner of Rohlwing Road and Nerge Road be and the same are hereby rezoned from B-2, General Business District to B-3 Automo- tive Oriented Business District: Parcel 1: Lot 1 in Rohlwing Grove Unit No. 2, being a Subdivision of part of the Southwest ; of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Parcel 2: Lot 1 in Ford City Bank Subdivision, being a Subdivision of part of the Southwest ; of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded on August 1, 1985 as Document No. T-3452187 in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to amend the Official Map and Zoning Map of the Village in accordance with the terms of this Ordinance so that from hereafter said property shall be entitled to the terms and conditions of the B-3 Automotive Oriented Business District provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef- fect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 APPROVED: Charles J.
