OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT CERTAIN B-3 CONDITIONAL USES IN COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ZONED LOCATIONS AND INCLUDING NERGE ROAD EAST OF ROHLWING ROAD AS AN APPROVED CONDITIONAL USE LOCATION WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the petition of Fairway Properties, Inc. for a Text Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to allow B-3 Conditional Uses along Nerge Road East of Rohlwing Road; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and findings of said Plan Commission find and believe that the proposed Text Amendment, as amended by the Plan Commission, is in the best interest of the Village. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That Section 5.62 E. 1. of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1. A B-3 Conditional Use shall only be permitted if it is fronting on one of the industrial or com- mercial major arterial streets listed below or if it is adjacent to another B-3 Conditional Use. (a) Higgins Road. (b) Oakton Street East of Lively Boulevard. (c) Landmeier Road East of Lively Boulevard. (d) Devon Avenue East of Tonne Road. (e) Busse Road. (f) Elmhurst Road. (g) Nerge Road East of Rohlwing Road. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ef- fect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
