AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.54B OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
PERMANENT ENCLOSURE BEYOND THE BUILDING SETBACK LINE ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1500 BUSSE ROAD (PORTILLO)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Section 3.54B of the Zoning Ordinance,
as it pertains to the use of yards for accessory structures,
to permit the construction of a permanent enclosure six (6')
feet beyond the building setback line on property located at
1500 Busse Road and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings and recom-
mendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that
sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said
variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.54B of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a permanent enclosure
for a dumpster six (6') feet beyond the building setback line
on property located at 1500 Busse Road and legally described
as follows:
Parcel 1 - Lot 290 in Centex Industrial Park Unit
No. 170, being a subdivision in the North ' of Sec-
tion 34, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Parcel 2 - The South 10 feet of Lot 346 and all of
Lot 347 in Centex Industrial Park Unit 212, being a
subdivision in the North k of Section 34, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
