AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512, ADDITIONAL NO PARKING
STREETS AND AREAS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN AREAS
OF GROVE DRIVE AND PERRIE DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512, Additional No Parking Streets and
Areas, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be and
the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
99. On the west side of Perrie Drive.
100. On the east side of Perrie Drive for a
distance of three hundred (300) feet north
of its intersection with Landmeier Road.
101. On the east side of Grove Drive
between its intersections with
Perrie Drive on the south and north.
102. On the west side of Grove Drive three
hundred (300) feet from its intersection
with Perrie Drive on the north.
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation who violates any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for
each offense.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
