AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1927 BY AMENDING
THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR LOT 1 OF PARCEL D OF
VILLAGE ON THE LAKE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, a Final Site Plan for Lot 1 of Parcel D of the Village on
the Lake Planned Unit Development was previously approved by the President
and Board of Trustees on September 23, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a revised Development Schedule
for the Phase 3A of the Park Orleans Condominium Planned Unit Development;
and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Building Commissioner of the
Village of Elk Grove Village that the Development Schedule as amended, be
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois as
follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance 1927, which amended Ordinance Nos. 1555
and 1407 by amending the Final Site Plan for Lot 1 of Parcel D of the
Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development is hereby amended by extend-
ing the Development Schedule as follows:
PHASE
3A
BEGIN DEVELOPMENT
October, 1988
FINISH DEVELOPMENT
September, 1989
Section 2. That all other provisions of Ordinance No. 1555 shall
remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
