AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4-A, POSITION CLASSIFICATION
AND SALARY PLANS, SECTION 4-A.203, THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN,
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(AUTHORIZED POSITION LIST)
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village is a Home Rule
Municipality as authorized and set forth in the Constitution of the
State of Illinois and as such, authorized to enact certain legislation
pertaining to its local government affairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and Du Page
Counties, Illinois, in exercise of its Home Rule authority as follows:
Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Chapter 4-A entitled Position Classification and Salary
Plans, Section 4A.203, the Classification Plan, be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
AUTHORIZED POSITIONS
Village President May 1, 1988 Delete Add 5/24/88
Secretary 1 part time 1 p.t. 1 full time 1 f.t.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
