AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL LOCATION PLAN FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 751 LIVELY BOULEVARD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village considered the question of approval of a Special Location
Plan for property located at 751 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove
Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation
of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best
interest of the Village that the Special Location Plan be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Special Location Plan for property
located at 751 Lively Boulevard three (3) copies of which are
on file in the office of the Village Clerk and by this reference
incorporated into the provisions of this Ordinance, is hereby
approved.
Section 2: That said Special Location Plan shall be for
property located at 751 Lively Boulevard and legally described
as follows:
Lot 19 in Higgins Industrial Park, Unit 11,
Section 27, Township 41, Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian in Elk Grove
Village, Cook County, Illinois
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to record a copy of this Ordinance with the Cook County Recorder
of Deeds.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
