AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL PARKING LOCATION PLAN
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1041 ROHLWING ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village considered the question of approval of a Special Parking
Location Plan for property located at 1041 Rohlwing Road, Elk
Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation
of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best
interest of the Village that the Special Parking Location Plan
be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Special Parking Location Plan for
property located at 1041 Rohlwing Road, three (3) copies of
which are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and by
this reference incorporated into the provisions of this Ordinance,
is hereby approved.
Section 2: That said Special Parking Location Plan shall
be for property located at 1041 Rohlwing Road and legally described
as follows:
Lot 1 in Ford City Bank Subdivision, being a
Subdivision of part of the Southwest ; of
Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in
Cook County, Illinois as recorded in Docu-
ment 3452187 on August 1, 1985.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to record a copy of this Ordinance with the Cook County Recorder
of Deeds or the Registrar of Titles as the case may be.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
