HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1985 - 9/13/1988 - REZONE/SE CORNER LIVELY & HIGGINSNO. 1985 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER AT LIVELY AND HIGGINS FROM I-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO B-2 GYRAL BUSINESS (FAIRWAY PROPERTIES) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the request of NBD Trust Company of Highland Park as Trustee under Trust Agreement No. 1484 and Fairway Pro- perties to rezone certain property located at the Southeast corner of Lively and Higgins, Elk Grove Village from I-1 to B-2, General Business; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and findings of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that said property be rezoned as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That the following property located at the Southeast corner of Lively and Higgins, Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby rezoned from I-1 Light Industrial to the B-2 General Business District: Lot 11 in Higgins Industrial Unit No. 10, being a Subdivision in the Southeast ; of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. ALSO Lot 54 in Higgins Industrial Unit No. 36, being a Subdivision in the Southeast ; of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to amend the official map and the zoning map of the Village in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance and is further directed to record a copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 APPROVED: Charles J.
