AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.72 E, SPECIAL USES,
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, considered the question
of amending Section 5.72 E, Special Uses, of the Zoning Ordinance
by substituting "Day Care Centers" for "Child Care Nurseries";
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having
reviewed the findings and recommendation of said Plan Commission
find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village
that the Zoning Ordinance be so amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 5.72 E of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village be amended by deleting there-
from "Child Care Nurseries" and substituting in its place "Day
Care Centers"
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
