HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1989 - 9/27/1988 - SPECIAL USE/ALEXIAN BROSORDINANCE NO. 1989 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALEXIAN BROTHERS MEDICAL CENTER AND WOODLAND SQUARE DEVELOPMENT LTD., AND FIRST UNITED TRUST NO. 1499, TO PERMIT A DAY CARE CENTER AT THE WOODLAND SQUARE OFFICE DEVELOPMENT, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village acting as a Zoning Commission, conducted a public hearing to consider the request of Alexian Brothers Medical Center and Woodland Square Development Ltd., an Illinois corporation as beneficial owner of First United Trust Company Trust No. 1499, for a Special Use Permit for a day care center for property located in Woodland Square Office Development on the Southwest corner of Biesterfield Road and Biesner Road, and legally des- cribed hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest that said Special Use Permit be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit as provided in Section 5.72 E of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Woodland Square Development Ltd. and First United Trust Company Trust No. 1499 to permit the establishment of a day care center on property located at the Woodland Square Office Development, Southwest corner of Biesterfield Road and Biesner Road and legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto. Section 2: That the Special Use Permit granted herein is subject to said day care center being licensed by the State of Illinois and that at all times a valid lease agreement between the co -permittees shall be in full force and effect. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 5 ATTEST: Patricia S.
