AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.85A OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
SIX (6') FOOT CHAIN LINK FENCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1925 BUSSE ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (JUDGE AND DOLPH)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law considered the question
of granting a variation of Section 3.85A of the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to fences, to permit the construction of a six
(6') foot chain link fence twenty-five (25') feet in front of
the twenty-five (25') foot building setback line on property
located at 1925 Busse Road, Elk Grove village and legally des-
cribed hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village find and believe that sufficient hardship
exists so as to justify the granting of said variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.85A of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of
a six (61) foot chain link fence, twenty-five (25') feet in
front of the twenty-five (25') foot building setback line, on
property located at 1925 Busse Road and legally described as
follows:
Lot 1 in Centex Industrial Park, being a
Subdivision in Section 35, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meri-
dian in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this variation is granted subject to the
condition that a keybox be installed for fire department access
and that the fence as permitted herein does not impede driveway
access and accessibility to fire hydrants.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
