AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING PLAT OF EASEMENT VACATIONS
IN THE MORGANFIELD SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the Plat of Easement Vacations
as follows:
The Easterly 2 feet of the North-South easement on the
West side of Lot 16; the Westerly 2 feet of the North-
South easement on the East side of Lot 3; the Easterly
2 feet of the North-South easement on the West side of
Lot 4; except that part of the said easements lying
in the existing East-West easement along the North Line
of said lots; also the Northwesterly 2 feet of the
Southwesterly -Northeasterly easement on the Southeasterly
side of Lot 7 and the Southeasterly 2 feet of the South-
westerly -Northeasterly easement on the Northwesterly side
of Lot 8; except that part of said easements lying in
the existing Northwesterly -Southeasterly easement along
the Northeasterly line of said Lots 7 and 8, in the
Morganfield Subdivision being a Subdivision in Section 36,
Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
A copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
