AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL LAND
USE ZONING PLAT FOR HAMILTON MANOR APARTMENTS
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at
a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the
question of approval of the Preliminary and Final Land Use Zoning Plat for
Hamilton Manor Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having reviewed
the findings and recommendation of said Plan Commission and after further
review of recreational amenities to be required on said Plat find and
believe that the approval of the Plat as amended is in the best interest of
the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Preliminary and Final Land Use Zoning Plat
dated November 7, 1988, with revisions dated November 9, 1988 and December
8, 1988, for Hamilton Manor Apartments, three (3) copies of which are on
file in the Office of the Village Clerk, is hereby approved.
Section 2: That the Developer acknowledges the requirements and
restrictions of Section 4.43 of the Zoning Ordinance which may require a
revised Plan to be approved by staff depending on the actual locations of
the proposed buildings on the subject property.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
