HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2008 - 1/24/1989 - ZONING VARIATION/1067 ROHLWINGNO. 2008 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.54 AND SECTION 3.96 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT A REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1067 ROHLWING ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held ac- cording to law considered the question of granting a variation of Sections 5.54 and 3.96 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a reduction in the required parking from eighty-eight (88) spaces to eighty-three (83) spaces on property located at 1067 Rohlwing Road and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after considering the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Sections 5.54 and 3.96 as they pertain to required parking in B-2 Zoned District to permit a reduction of five (5) parking spaces on property located at 1067 Rohlwing Road and legally described as follows: Lot 2 in Rohlwing Grove Unit No. 2, being a Subdivision of part of the Southwest Quar- ter of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 APPROVED: Charles J.
