AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10 KING STREET,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE FROM THE B-1 BUSINESS DISTRICT TO
THE B-2 GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held considered
the question of rezoning certain property from the B-1 Business
District to the B-2 General Business District, which property
is located at 10 King Street, Elk Grove Village and legally
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the recommendation
and finding of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be
in the best interest of the Village to grant the rezoning as
requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the following described property be and
the same is hereby rezoned from the B-1 Business District to
the the B-2 General Business District:
Lot 1 in Higgins Road Commercial Subdivi-
sions Unit 6, being a resubdivision in the
West Half of Section 22, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meri-
dian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
amend the official zoning map of the Village in accordance with
the terms and provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
