AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR LOT 1
OF PARCEL D OF THE VILLAGE ON THE LAKE
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, a Development Schedule for various phases of Lot
1 of Parcel D of the Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development
has been previously approved by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village pursuant to Ordinances 1927, 1555, 1407 and 1964;
and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a revised Development
Schedule for various phases of said Development; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Building Commissioner
of the Village of Elk Grove Village that the Development Schedule
be amended as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance 1964, Ordinance 1927, Ordinance
1555, and Ordinance 1407, which Ordinances established and amended
from time to time the development schedule for Lot 1 of Parcel
D of the Village on the Lake Planned Unit Development be hereby
amended as follows:

Section 2: That all other provisions of the above mentioned
Ordinances pertaining to Village on the Lake Planned Unit Develop-
ment shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
