AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO O'HARE
INTERNATIONAL AUTO BODY, INC. AND THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF DES PLAINES AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NUMBER 72055728
TO PERMIT AN AUTOMOBILE REPAIR GARAGE ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2450 ELMHURST ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to
law considered the question of granting a Special Use as author-
ized by Section 5.85E of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village to permit an automobile repair garage on
property located at 2450 Elmhurst Road and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation
and finding of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be
in the best interest of the Village to grant said Special Use
Permit in accordance with the recommendation and finding of
said Plan Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit
in accordance with Section 5.85E of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village to O'Hare International Auto Body, Inc. and the
First National Bank of Des Plaines as Trustee under Trust No.
72055728 to permit an automobile repair garage at property
located at 2450 Elmhurst Road and legally described as follows:
The West 240.0 feet of the East 290.0 feet
of the North 103.29 feet of the South 20
acres of the North Half of the East Half
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2,
Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage County,
Illinois.

The South Half of the West 240.0 feet of
the East 290.0 feet of that part of the
North Half of the East Half of the North-
east Quarter of Section 2, Township 40 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meri-
dian, lying South of the North 17 acres
thereof and lying North of the South 20
acres thereof, in DuPage County, Illinois.
That the granting of the Special Use is subject to the following
conditions:
1. The owner shall provide for the striping and signage
for parking on the premises; and
2. That the owner shall install a solid fence which
shall screen the subject property.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
