HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2013 - 1/24/1989 - ZONING VARIATION/841 DEBRA LNORDINANCE NO. 2013 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARATION OF SECTION 5.23-G-2 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THE LOCATION OF FENCES TO PERMIT A SOLID FENCE IN THE REQUIRED TEN (10') FOOT SETBACK ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 841 DEBRA LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (SHUM) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held accor- ding to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 5.23-G-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to permit the construction of a solid fence nine (9') feet into the required ten (10') foot setback on property located at 841 Debra Lane and legally described hereafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That a variation of Section 5.23-G-2 of the Zoning Ordinance be granted to permit the construction of a solid fence nine (91) feet into the required ten (10') foot setback on property located at 841 Debra Lane and legally des- cribed as follows: Lot 88 in Parkview Heights Subdivision, being a Subdivision in the Northeast Quar- ter of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 — ABSENT: p APPROVED: Charles J.
