HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1943 - 2/9/1988 - ZONING VARIATION/850 ELMHURSTNO. 1943 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.82G OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AS IT RELATES TO SIDE YARD AND FRONT YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 850 ELMHURST ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (TOKH/ZENKICH) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held consi- dered the question of granting a variation of Section 5.82G of the Zoning Ordinance as same pertains to side yard and front yard setback requirements, for an existing building and a second story addition thereto on property located at 850 Elmhurst Road, Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 5.82G of the Zoning Ordinance to Aziz Tokh and Elias R. Zenkich for an existing building and to permit the construction of a second story addition thereto on property located at 850 Elmhurst Road, Elk Grove Village and legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto. The variations granted herein shall permit an 8.35 side yard and a 23.32 foot front yard on the existing building and a 6.35 side yard and a 21.32 front yard on the second story addition. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 APPROVED: Charles J.
