AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE TO CONSTRUCT A REST
ON PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF 1401 BUSSE ROAD
ELK GROVE VILLAGE (TROIANO)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to
law considered the question of granting a Special Use Permit
to permit the construction of a restaurant in Industrial zoned
property pursuant to Section 5.85 of the Zoning Ordinance for
property located South of 1401 Busse Road and legally described
hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation
and finding of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be
in the best interest of the Village that said Special Use Permit
be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit
to Nicola Troiano to permit the construction of a restaurant
on property consisting of approximately .636 acres, located
South of 1401 Busse Road and legally described as follows:
Lot 5 (except the North 15.22 feet thereof)
and that part of the West Half of vacated
Old Busse Road lying East of and adjoining
said Lot 5 (except the North 15.22 feet
thereof) in Kuhlman's Subdivision being
a Subdivision of part of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Sec-
tion 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
