AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR PHASE II OF
HAMILTON LAKES VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village acting as a Zoning Commission at a public hearing duly
called and held according to law considered the question of
approval of a Final Plat for Phase II of the Hamilton Lakes
Village Planned Unit Development; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings and
recommendation of said Plan Commission find and believe it to
be in the best interest of the Village that said Final Plat
for Phase II of Hamilton Lakes Village be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat for Phase II of the Hamilton
Lakes Village Planned Unit Development, three (3) copies of
which are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, be and
the same is hereby approved.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
