AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.52 OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN
ABOVE -GROUND SWIMMING POOL ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
532 NEWBERRY DRIVE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (LAMOUREAUX)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section
3.52, Front Yard Regulations for Corner and Double Frontage
Lots, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village to permit the construc-
tion of an above -ground swimming pool on property located at
532 Newberry Drive and legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
after having reviewed the findings of said Zoning Board of Appeals
find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify
the granting of said variation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section l: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.52 of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard regula-
tions for corner and double frontage lots to permit the construction
of an above -ground swimming pool on a double frontage lot ten
(10') feet beyond the twenty-five (25') foot rear setback line
on property located at 532 Newberry Drive and legally described
as follows:
Lot 83 "Plat of Resubdivision No. 4 for
a portion of Winston Grove Section 23B"
being a subdivision of part of Section 26
Township 41 North, Range 10 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to Law.
