AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1852 BY APPROVING
A REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR HAMILTON LAKES VILLAGE - PHASE I
WHEREAS, Crow/Chasewood Development Company has petitioned
the Village to amend the Final Plat for Phase I, previously
approved by the Village pursuant to Ordinance No. 1852 on the
11th day of November, 1986 to permit the construction of four
(4) one-story garage structures, and other changes more fully
set out in the revised Plat; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village has reviewed said amended Final Plat and has recommended
to the President and Board of Trustees that said Final Plat
be approved; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village find and believe that said amendment and
the Final Plat as revised meets the conditions and regulations
of Section 4.23 of the Zoning Ordinance and that said amendment
is in the best interest of the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Village Board has
reviewed the Landscape and Screening Plan submitted by the Developer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1852 be and the same is
hereby amended with respect to the Final Site Plan - Phase I
approved therein, by the approval hereof of a revised Final
Plat - Phase I for Hamilton Lakes Village dated ,
1987, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of
the Village Clerk.
Section 2: That the Special Use Permit previously issued
to the Crow/Chasewood Development Company be and the same is
amended to reflect the changes depicted on the revised Final
Plat herein approved.
Section 3: That the Landscape and Screening Plan submitted
by the Developer, three (3) copies of which are on file in the
Office of the Village Clerk be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk is authorized to record
the original revised Plat with the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
