AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE
FROM B-2 GENERAL BUSINESS TO B-3 AUTOMOTIVE ORIENTED BUSINESS
(NORTHWEST NATIONAL BANK)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village acting a Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing
duly called and held to consider the question of rezoning certain
property located within the Elk Crossing Shopping Center from
B-2 General Business to B-3 Automotive Oriented Business; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings of said
Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest
of the Village that said property be rezoned as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the following parcel of property, consisting
of approximately .92 acres located in the Elk Crossing Shopping
Center be and the same is hereby rezoned from B-2 General Business
to B-3 Automotive Oriented Business:
Lot 2 in Elk Crossing being a subdivision
of part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (except the North 15.0
acres thereof) of Section 32, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Elk
Grove Village is hereby directed to amend the zoning map of
the Village of Elk Grc:ve Village in accordance with the provisions
of this Ordinance.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
