AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN
THE VILLAGE FROM R-3, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO
O -T, OFFICE TRANSITIONAL (BOYAJIAN/RAZIM)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village acting as a Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing
duly called and held according to law so consider the question
of rezoning certain property located 555 Biesterfield Road and
legally described hereinafter from R-3, Single Family Residential
to O -T, Office Transitional; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings of said
Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest
of the Village that said property be rezoned as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook aid DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the parcel of property legally described
on Exhibit 1 consisting of approximately 1.0 acres of land located
at 555 Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village, be and the same
is hereby rezoned from R-3, Single Family Residential to 0-T,
Office Transitional.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Elk
Grove Village is hereby directed to amend the Zoning Map of
the Village cf Elk Grove Village in accordance with the provisions
of this Ordinance.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.

41 North, Range 11, east of the third principal meridian in Cook County,
Illinois.
