AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.72E, SPECIAL USES,
IN THE O 6 T OFFICE TRANSITIONAL DISTRICT TO PERMIT
RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES AS A SPECIAL ACCESSORY USE
IN THE O/T ZONED DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to
law considered the question of amending Section 5.72E of the
Zoning Ordinance to permit residential facilities as a Special
Accessory Use by owners of a Permitted Primary Use; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation
of said Plan Commission and the recommendation of its Judiciary
Planning and Zoning Committee find and believe it to be in the
best interest of the Village that said Zoning Ordinance be so
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 5.72E of the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Residential facilities for the use of owners of
a permitted primary use.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
