HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1922 - 10/13/1987 - SPECIAL USE/555 BIESTERFIELDORDINANCE NO. 1922 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO DR. CHARLES BOYAJIAN TO PERMIT DR. BOYAJIAN AND HIS IMMEDIATE FAMILY TO RESIDE ON THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 555 WEST BIESTERFIELD ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a Special Use Permit to Dr. Charles Boyajian to permit Dr. Boyajian and his immediate family to reside at premises located at 555 West Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having reviewed the findings of said Plan Commission and the findings of its Judiciary Planning and Zoning Committee find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that said Special Use Permit be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to Dr. Charles Boyajian to permit Dr. Boyajian and his immediate family to reside on premises located at 555 West Biesterfield Road and legally described as follows: The East 170.71 feet, as measured along the North line, of the South 255.33 feet of the North 315.37 feet, as measured along the East line thereof, of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. That the granting of said Special Use Permit is subject to the following conditions and restrictions: a. The structure at 555 West Biesterfield Road shall remain as a single building which does not include the garage (a garage is permis- sible); and b. The three accessory structures on the property shall be removed within ninety (90) days from the date this Ordinance is adopted. C. That all construction in conjunction with the Special Use Permit as herein granted shall be in conformance with the Site Plan for the subject property, a copy of said Site Plan being attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2: That the Special Use as herein granted shall permit the front set back as currently exists. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 4 NAYS: 2 ABSENT: 1 APPROVED: Charles J.
