HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1923 - 10/13/1987 - SHARED PARKING SPECIAL LOCATION PLANORDINANCE NO. 1923 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SHARED PARKING SPECIAL LOCATION PLAN FOR THE NERGE CENTER WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a Shared Parking Special Location Plan to Harris Bank Roselle, as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated October 9, 1984 and known as Trust No. 12222 and Nerge Limited Partnership, an Illinois Limited Partnership, the beneficiary of said Trust in order to provide for the sharing of twenty (20) parking spaces located on property commonly known as the Nerge Center, legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation and findings of said Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that said Shared Parking Special Location Plan be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois as follows: Section 1:That there is hereby approved a Shared Parking Special Location Plan for the Nerge Center in order to permit two (2) occupants of said Center namely, a donut shop at 1101 Nerge Road and a carry out restaurant at 1141 Nerge Road, to share twenty (20) parking spaces on property legally described as follows: Lots 5 and 6 in Rohlwing Grove Unit #4, being a subdivision in the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. A copy of said Plan being attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: That any Resolution or Ordinance inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed. Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: 5 NAYS: O ABSENT: 1 PASSED this 13th day of October , 1987.
