HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1925 - 10/27/1987 - ZONING VARIATION/664 ARIZONAORDINANCE NO. 1925 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3.52 AND SECTION 3.54B OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO PERMIT CERTAIN STRUCTURES IN THE FRONT YARD OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 664 ARIZONA PASS, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (SCHNEIDER) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village ata public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting variations of Section 3.52 and Section 3.54B of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village as they pertain to structures in the required front yard area for property located at 664 Arizona Pass, and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation to Richard L. and Joyanne Schneider of Section. 3.52 and Section 3.54B of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village as they pertain to structures in the twenty-five (25') foot front yard area to permit the following: a. To infringe 14 feet into the 25 foot building set back line and 4 feet into the 15 foot rear utility easement for a pool; b. To infringe 20 feet into the 25 foot building set back line and 10 feet into the 15 foot rear utility easement for a 14 foot square wood storage shed; and C. To infringe 20 feet into the 25 foot building set back line and 10 feet into the 15 foot rear utility easement for a wooden combination deck and flower box. That said variation shall be granted for property located at 664 Arizona Pass and legally described as follows: Lot 20 in Block 10 in Winston Grove Section 21, being a Subc.ivision in the South Half of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
